1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Add eggs. Beat well with spoon.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add to egg mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pullaway from edges of pan. Cool. Frost if desired.
