What can I do to quit?
· Tell someone about your addiction. Seek help immediately. Get consistent accountability.
· Pornography and the devil work best when we’re alone. Make a commitment not to log on unless someone is with you.
· Turn your screen towards the middle of the room. Put the computer in a well-traveled room. Use the dorm computers if you’re living on campus.
· My AOL account got to the point it was getting between 30 and 40 pornography-related messages a day. I had to shut it down.
· Filtered internet access.
· Getting someone else to enter the password for you. Again, seek accountability.
· NO INTERNET.
