Spinach Balls

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach (thaw & squeeze out water--then squeeze between paper towels)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (Chicken Flavor)
1 medium sweet onion chopped fine
6 eggs beaten
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
2 and 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix and squeeze into one inch balls. Put on slotted broiler pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
