Polynesian Chicken

Serves six

1 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
1/3 cup oil

Pineapple slices

Marinate chicken overnight. Cook on grill or on stovetop. Baste with marinade. After the last time you baste with marinade BE SURE to cook until it is really hot since it's been in contact with raw meat.

Grill pineapple slices separately and top each breast with a slice.
