Day 1

LT360 logo

Tammy Young lost 78 pounds of fat and 89 inches in one year with LT360. She got off all her blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Now both her parents, her husband, her son, his wife and all three of her daughters are on the program. Her story has inspired more than 160 people in her hometown to get healthy. They have lost a combined 4500 pounds of fat (a little over 28 pounds of fat per person on average)!

I dedicate my LT360 journey today to __________________________. I will honor him/her by staying program compliant with my exercise and meals.

Call, email or text the person you listed above. Tell them why you dedicated today to them. Ask them to call, email or text you at the end of the day to specifically ask how you did with your meals and exercise today.

Believing in your vision

"Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed." - Proverbs 16:3

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7

“May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.” - Psalm 20:4

“Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4-5

What is your vision for your life (your why)?

What is your vision for your health (your why)?

Write out three goals you hope to obtain through your own personal transformation:

What problems are you currently facing?

In what areas do you feel defeated? List them.

In the video Believing in your vision, what is the key?

What is the response when doubts come?

Lord, I want to be all you created me to be. Please help me overcome the barriers and burdens in my life and see clearly what it is you would have me do and be about in this life. Help me to focus on these goals daily and surround myself with those who would help me reach these goals. In Jesus name, Amen.

It is hard to imagine in this day and age that a person would not at least acknowledge the fact that water is “good for me.” Yet, the majority of the people are currently in a dehydrated state due to the lack of drinking the proper amount of water a daily health habit. The water is “good for me” concept can not be merely acknowledged or viewed as a suggestion. Drinking water is a need for the body, must be viewed as such and like any need accompanied by appropriate actions.

To understand why water is so important, a basic understanding of the body’s designs related to cells and thus cellular health is needed. Humans are trillions of cells (no one has determined the exact amount) and for the most part these cells are constantly dividing, dying and regenerating. For example, a person will not have the same red blood cells in 90 days.

Since we are basically made up of cells, if the cells are healthy it is hard to be sick since sickness is primarily related to inflammation and unhealthy cells. Each person’s responsibility in cellular health is to create the environment for cells to regenerate as healthy cells. Healthy cells are those that are are up-taking the water and nutrients and remind a person of a small, round water balloon filled with water. Unhealthy cells over time can flatten out and are not up-taking the water and nutrients at the most efficient level. Think of a healthy cell like a fresh, ripe grape as opposed to a raisin or a plum instead of a prune. Water is a big key in maintaining healthy cells.
